Excellent filter

Love the effectiveness and construction of this filter, from the materials to its low profile. Many years ago, I used a budget CPL filter with one of my first DSLR cameras, and this is head and shoulders above. Perhaps best of all, this CPL cuts very little light transmission -- I metered it at less than 1 full stop.

I do have a couple of caveats that are not at all deal - breakers. First, you should be sure to rotate the filter counterclockwise to dial in the effect -- it's a bit too easy to accidentally unscrew the filter and drop it if you rotate it clockwise. Second, the case that it comes in is not well designed. There are no markings to indicate that you twist the top and bottom against each other to open it, and the case is very smooth and slippery. I have replaced it with a third-party clamshell case.

Again, I highly recommend this filter for its solid performance and design.
