Set mode to Manual (M) or Aperture Priority (A). In settings, enable "Shoot Without Lens". Turn on Manual Focus Assist, and set lens to Manual Focus (MF) if there's an AF/MF switch.

Align the red dots on your lens and adapter, and rotate counter-clockwise until locked.

Attach the adapter to your camera as you would a lens, rotating it clockwise until it clicks into place.

Rotate the adapter's textured ring clockwise and counter-clockwise to adjust aperture.

Confidently press your camera's lens release button and rotate adapter and lens counter-clockwise.
Excellent build quality and definitely the best looking G-type adapter.
Only deducting a star because:
The aperture ring markings seems to be in reverse. The throw is quite short too so it's hard to be precise, maybe it should have been geared, don't know how complicated this would be to engineer.
Should have weather seals at this price point in my opinion.
